Somoto Ltd Keeps Popping up on My Webpage - How to Remove Somoto FLV Player Update Popup

I get a pop up that comes up on my computer every 5-10 minutes that asks me "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" And it says it is from "Somoto Ltd." and it is called "FLV Player update." Which I tried looking into my computer, and I don't have any of that. I tried to Google my answer, and viewing the certificate, or to know where it came from is useless.

A program from Somoto Ltd. keeps trying to install itself.?Apparently I have snagged a .flv viewer somehow, that acts like malware. It keeps trying to install itself and I cant seem to find the files to kill the problem. Any suggestions? I am currently running windows 8.
